Orders placed by midnight will be roasted and shipped the next roast day.

Papua New Guinea

This is a very tasty coffee from the Eastern Highlands of Papua New Guinea. The flavorts are dense and complex, with notes of peach preserves, tangerine, buttered caramel, and baking spices supported by a big and syrupy body.

Rwanda

This coffee comes from five quality focused small producers representing the best from their area. Look for the sweet, tart flavors of plum, tangerine, and meyer lemon paired with a juicy body- perfect for the warmer days ahead!

Colombia

This is a very delicious coffee from a special project in Colombia aimed at perfecting natural processed coffee. When tasting we enjoyed the silky body and vibrant, tart flavors of green apple candy, marichino cherries, and red wine that finishes with delicate florals.

Mexico

This coffee was grown near the El Triunfo Biosphere in Chiapas. The flavor is soft and mild with notes of cocoa, praline, honey, and light citrus paired with a juicy body. We love how simple, balanced, and delicious it is!

Honduras

This coffee comes from the western region of Honduras. Expect a sweet and heavy bodied cup with notes of milk chocolate, fig bar, and lemongrass and soft acidity. It's a great crowd crowd-pleaser!

Decaf Colombia

This delicious coffee is decaffeinated with a solution derived from fermenteed sugar. With soft and sweet flavors of apple, cherry, caramel and coco, it's so good you will forget it's a decaf!

Blue Collar Blend

Blue Collar Blend is a hardworking blend for hardworking people. This coffee is a real crowd-pleaser and is crafted to produce a chocolatey, nutty, no-nonsense cup. It is also Fair Trade Certified and Certified Organic.

DIY Espresso

DIY Espresso is crafted to yield a full, sweet and creamy espresso experience.DIY also tastes great as a brewed coffee, particularly with heavier brews such as French Press or Aeropress.
